By accessing or using the Momentum AI website at momentumai.live or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Momentum AI.

2. Description of Services

Momentum AI provides AI-powered career services, including the "AI Career Kit" — a package comprising an ATS-optimized resume, LinkedIn profile makeover content, and personalized outreach templates. All deliverables are generated using artificial intelligence and reviewed by our team before delivery. Delivery is targeted within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price displayed at the time of your order will apply to that transaction. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom, AI-generated nature of our deliverables, all sales are final once the Career Kit has been delivered. However, we stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your Career Kit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] we will provide unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. If we are unable to meet your requirements after reasonable revision attempts, we will issue a full refund at our discretion.

6. Delivery

We target delivery of your completed Career Kit within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery times may vary based on order volume and complexity. Delivery is made via the email address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

7. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree to:

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery of your Career Kit, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for your individual job search. The underlying AI models, algorithms, templates, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Momentum AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary systems or website content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that our Career Kit will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Career outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, individual qualifications, and employer preferences. The testimonials and statistics displayed on our website represent individual results and are not guarantees of future performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Momentum AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
